How to delete account?

Tap the Settings icon in the application, then tap Account and then tap Delete Account.

How do you store my avatar, my photos and my generated images?

The AI avatar will be kept for 1 month, after which it will be deleted. You can delete it at any time. Your photos will be deleted with your avatar. Generated images stored for as long as you need them.

Can I replace or add photos to an existing avatar?

No. Once an AI avatar has been trained, you can’t change photos. You must create a new avatar.

I bought a pack of X photos but I only get 8

You don’t get X photos because they stay in your profile until you spend them. So you can experiment with different styles and create many variations of yourself.

Why can’t I create a new avatar even though I have unused photos?

When you purchase a package, it includes X number of photos and N number of avatars. Photo credits and avatar credits are not interchangeable. To create a new avatar, you must purchase another package. You can check your remaining avatars and photos at any time by going to your profile.

What if I don’t like the results?

You can create a new avatar and try different set of photos to train the AI avatar. To get good results, it’s necessary to provide good input photos. Please follow the instructions on how to prepare input photos in the app.
